Spacious rooms, cozy log burner, practical kitchen and utility, well-stocked with 2 fridges. Lovely garden with countryside views. Beds were comfortable. Great communication and helpfulness from the host, allowing for early check-in and late check-out. Perfect stay for our Christmas break.

Stayed in Exeter, I only wish I had my own towels, garden, and barbecue facilities in every accommodation I visit. It was a free parking paradise!

I had a very relaxing stay and would definitely book again, the large bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed having a bathtub, plus the early check-in was convenient.

The apartment at Elbury Farm Annex was absolutely perfect for my stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and I loved having my own space in the three bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, making it easy for me to whip up quick meals. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV in the living room - it was the perfect way to relax after a long day exploring Exeter.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shower in the bathroom. It just didn't have enough water pressure for my liking.

I recently stayed at Elbury Farm Annex for work, but I'm already planning a family getaway. Kathryn, the host, was incredibly welcoming and even ensured the annex was ready early for us. The spotlessly clean and charming annex had a comfortable bed, towels, and hand sanitizers throughout. The kitchen provided tea and coffee, while the beautiful big garden offered a great space for my dog to play. On-site parking was convenient, and overall, it was a very relaxing stay. I highly recommend Kathryn and her lovely annex!

Having 3 bedrooms meant I had plenty of space to move around and the flat-screen TV was a great addition to the cozy seating area. It felt like home!

The only minor drawback was that it was a bit of a trek to amenities, but it didn't take away from our overall experience.
